THE TIRE ROCKETED FORWARD AND CRUSHED A PASSENGER'S LOWER LEFT LEG, INSTANTLY SNAPPING THE BONES INTO SPLINTERS AGAINST THE SET IN FRONT OF HIM. AFTER THE ACCIDENT, THE PASSENGER WAS PINNED INSIDE THE VAN BY THE SPARE TIRE.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: THE CERTIFICATION LABEL FAILS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OFFMVSS 120.

Remedy: AN OVERLAY OF THE CORRECT TIRE AND RIM SELECTION INFORMATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE PROVIDED.
