TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN VUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE LEFT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR SLIGHTLY AJAR. WHEN SHE TOUCHED THE DOOR, ALL THE VEHICLE DOORS LOCKED. THE KEY WAS IN THE VEHICLE BUT NOT IN THE IGNITION. THE CONTACT CALLED ON STAR TO UNLOCK THE DOOR, BUT THEIR SYSTEM WAS SHOWING THAT THE DOORS WERE UNLOCKED. THE POLICE WERE CALLED BECAUSE A CHILD WAS IN THE VEHICLE. THE DOORS UNLOCKED AUTOMATICALLY. THE DEALER RESET THE LOCKS BUT DID NOT KNOW WHAT TRIGGERED THE FAILURE. THE ENGINE SIZE WAS UNKNOWN.
