The mechanic informed the contact that the interior of the sidewalls were delaminating, causing the tires to become out-of-round. Additionally, the contact was informed that the road force of the tires was significantly high. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the tires were inspected. The tires were not replaced. The tires were replacement tires. The dealer informed the contact that the manufacturer would not provide warranty coverage. The contact stated that the manufacturer was unreachable. The tire failure mileage was approximately 30,000. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
