I find it very interesting that no one ever called me and you have closed my case . I wrote to you & told you the dealer on St. Thomas did not do windshields , Carribbean Auto Mart zip code 00802. I purchased my car at Arrigo in WPB , FL 33411 . I recently relocated to STT and shipped my car here. A 12 inch dead branch (which I have kept) hit my windshield and caused this damage on the inside and out. Obviously , the windshield was faulty or this serious damage would not have occurred, causing glass chards to come inside the vehicle. I have received no assistance from you have spoken to numerous outsourced customer service agents that I could not hear because of the chickens in the background and now you have closed my case. I was without a car for 3 weeks as the windshield was unstable and I could not drive the car as it was unsafe . I had to order a windshield and have it shipped here and installed. I would like to be compensated for my windshield and would like the address of your safety engineers to send the stick to them . Had it hit on the drivers side I would have been injured. Thank you, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

WE ONLY HAVE 26K MILES EVEN THOUGH IT WAS USED FROM CARMAX IT APPEARED TO BE IT DECENT CONDITION. I NEVER EXPECTED ANYTHING LIKE THAT TO HAPPEN AND I AM GLAD WE DID NOT HAVE AN ACCIDENT.

WE REPLACED THE WIPERS FIRST WITH THE MOST EXPENSIVE WE COULD FIND AND THAT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE SO THAT IS WHEN THE DEALERSHIP BENNY BOYD OF LAMPASIS REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD UNDER WARRANTY. THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM BUT IT DID BECAME WORSE WITH THE NEW WINDSHIELD AND NOW THERE WERE STREAKS, SO WE BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY REPLACED THE EXPENSIVE WIPERS WITH OEM WIPERS AND STILL IT DID THE SAME. WE WERE ADVISED BY OUR SERVICE MANAGER CHRISTOPHER WEIR TO CALL CHRYSLER @ 800-992-1997 AND START A STAR CASE, THE CASE NUMBER IS OR WAS 58366091. THE CASE OPENED AND SUPPOSEDLY LOOKED INTO BY SOME ENGINEERS PER THE CONVERSATION OF THE CASE MANAGER @ CHRYSLER. THE RESPONSE WE RECEIVED BACK FROM THE CASE MANGER WAS THAT IT WAS THE CHARACTERISTIC FOR THIS VEHICLE????? I AM PROVIDING A URL FOR THE JEEP FORUM WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT.
