THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT WAS BELIEVED TO STEM FROM A FAILURE OF THE FRAME RAIL AT THE AREAS OF THE WELD WHERE THE JACK STAND COUPLER CONNECTED TO THE RAIL. THE RAIL AREA CAUSED THE TRAILER TO COLLAPSE ONTO THE CONSUMER. THE DESIGN DEFECT WAS BELIEVED TO BE CAUSED BY INSUFFICIENT STRENGTH METAL FOR THE FRAME WHICH WOULD WITHSTAND THE FORCES IN THE AREAS AROUND THE JACK STAND COUPLER WELD ETC. *JB
