Approximately 2-3 months ago, the horn had failed. This was reported to the dealer and covered under warranty. During the service the dealer advised that this issue was due to a faulty electrical contact and was a “known issue with the supplier of the horn”. Because of this, Hyundai extended the warranty period on the horn. Now, the horn had failed a second time and was discovered during a safety hazard in which I needed to alert another driver. This had the potential to cause serious injury but was avoided.

The AC system on my vehicle stopped working with less than 55,000 miles on it. When replacing the compressor, condenser, all AC switches, and lines (the entire AC system besides the ECM), the AC is still not working. The compressor is not kicking on. I have an ECM on order, but myself, and all mechanics (including Hyundai certified mechanics) are all unsure why this would have happened on such a low mileage vehicle. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with the experience and not having AC after spending thousands of dollars and time getting it fixed. Please advise ASAP. Attached is the original invoice stating that all that needed to be replaced was the condenser/compressor. I have more files from all of the other replacements provided if needed.

I leased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Tucson on March 15, 2025, with fewer than 10 miles on the odometer. Shortly after driving an additional 10 miles, the vehicle’s screen malfunctioned, displaying burn-in and becoming non-functional. This issue significantly affects safety, as it renders the backup camera unusable during operation. The vehicle was first brought in for service on March 17, 2025, but the issue was not resolved. Subsequent service attempts were made on March 20, April 9, and most recently on April 11, 2025. As of today, the problem remains unresolved. The vehicle has been in the service center for approximately 15 days since the date of purchase. In addition to the defective screen, the vehicle failed to start on one occasion, leaving me stranded alone in a parking lot, stuck in accessory mode with the brake locked. The car has also exhibited alignment issues, consistently pulling to the left while driving, which has required two alignments since the purchase date.

Recall # 251 has been going on at great length and I have an appointment for 11:30am April 1,2025 for what they deem as a solution to # 251 Recall that does not fix the problem and goes against everything that the NHTSA and FEDERAL GOVERMENT LAWS are in place for, you are allowing them to continue to not do what the laws clearly state and in a certain time period have repaired, replaced or make restiitution for the recalled issue it also is stated that they do not need to for automobiles older than 15years.Their Bandaid only creates other problems and dangers and by 02/11/2026 my car will be 16years old but it wasn’t when all this first started,I own a time bomb and can not afford to buy another vehicle,Im retired and live on a fixed income. Im not sure if letting them change a fuse to a lower wattage so it would fail and make the ABS System Disabled there by stopping leaking brake fluid from igniting.Does Not Meet Any Requirements and Creates More Issues. My Car has AWD and is low mileage for the age.I don’t agree with letting them do this but Im afraid of what NHTSA or They can do if I don’t,Why aren’t you stopping them perpetrate a fraud. This is not by your own law's fines have not helped the millions involved in this #251 Recall Thankyou.

Had the oil changed at the 36k mark. Since then some weird electrical issues are happening. Bluetooth nor android auto will play a song more than 2 minutes before starting again. The screen is harder to "touch" for anything. If I turn my blinker on or use any control on steering wheel as well as roll down the window, the electrical will "flash" and again song starts all over. My husband went out to garage last night and opened the garage door to go to his truck and did not have the key to my Tucson on him. He opened the garage door and the hatch to the Hyundai started opening as well. Taking into the dealer on Tuesday, they state no recalls on any electrical issues, though I see it throughout multiple platforms online.
