DT: THERE IS BRACKET THAT HOLDS THE ADJUSTER IN PLACE AND THE REAR WHEEL IN ALIGNMENT AND STEADY. WHEN THE BRACKET LOOSENED IT LET THE WHEEL LOOSE. THE BIKE WILL SHAKE, RATTLE AND SHIMMY. HAVE A MANUEL THAT SAYS THE BOLTS SHOULD BE 25 TO 30 LBS FOR THE TORQUE. THE ACTUAL TEXT IN THE MANUEL SHOWED TO DO THE PROCEDURE AND THERE…

THIS HAPPENED AROUND MAY 30, 2005. CONTACTED THE DEALER, THEY TORQUED IT DOWN, BUT 1500 MILES LATER IT DID THE SAME THING.
