During rain and snow events, water leaks into the interior of the vehicle through the roof area. The intrusion appears to occur during moderate to heavy precipitation and results in water collecting inside the cabin. This moisture has led to a persistent, moldy odor throughout the vehicle. The presence of mold poses a health concern, especially for my children and family members who ride in the truck. We are concerned about the potential inhalation of mold-contaminated air and the associated respiratory risks. This issue affects the safe and healthy use of the vehicle and requires attention, as the leak continues to worsen over time. First noticed this issue February of 2024, ongoing

The cabin temperature begins to increase and if humid the windows will begin to fog up the windshield, side windows and rear window impairing visibility which could lead to an accident if you do not pull over and remove the fog from the windshield/ windows. The dealership has inspected the vehicle, but they are never able to reproduce this issue while the vehicle is in their possession so they do nothing and simply turn away from the concern which many other Ford F-150 owners have expressed to their local ford dealerships and undoubtedly FORD motor company is aware of this issue, but are turning the blind eye as if it doesn’t exist. There are no warning lamps, messages or other symptoms prior to the issue occurring. I’m the second owner and this has happened to me twice within 2 weeks of owning this vehicle and I noticed the CarFax showed that my vehicle had been brought in numerous times to the ford dealership to be serviced for this exact same issue that I’m experiencing which has been confirmed by the dealership.

Vehicle will randomly lose airflow from any vents, including defroster vent after travelling for a while with AC on. If window happens to fog up while driving there is no way to blow air across it, Brought to dealer a week after purchase with 4K miles on it, and they supposedly did a software fix on a evaporater temperature sensor to stop the AC line from freezing, and restoring airflow. Worked for a couple of months but now the airflow is randomly stopping from the vents. After vehicle sits the problem goes away and can't be readily duplicated for dealer to fix, but obviously something is happening. Will bring back to dealer and see what they say.
the A/C fan doesn't blow full strength, intermittently . it happened while driving on interstate, it rained and could not get the window to defrost as the blower was not strong enough.
After driving for about an hour the air conditioning stops working. The blower keeps blowing but the windshield fogs up and no cool air comes out.

Shortly after purchasing my new 2023 F150 Lariat (In December 2023), I noticed that the Driver side Sun Visor was extremely loose when moving the visor from the center mount to the block the sun from coming in from the side window. I noticed that the visor was bouncing in the mount (near the A-piller). I put my hand on it and it felt as if it was about to fall out. Checked the passenger side and same thing. Tried tightening the screw and no joy. There is no way that someone installed these things and didn't notice. I had a 21 XLT and didn't have this problem. I had it in the dealer twice. I tried to secure it, but didn't help. The dealer attempted to fix but then they told me it was normal. When I was leaving the dealer, I moved the driver's visor and it fell out of the mount. They put it back in and ordered a new retention nut and screw. A few months later they replaced the parts but the visors were sloppy loose. The driver side fell out again (fortunately I wasn't driving). I wound up coming up with a fix myself. In any case, If the visor falls out when someone is driving, it can absolutely cause a major distraction and possible accident. Mine is not the only vehicle that has this issue. I started a thread and received numerous responses. [XXX] . I'm sure that there are thousands of trucks out there with this issue. It’s very important. Should be part of safety issue to have clear visibility while driving. Don’t reason reason why I’m reporting this because my friend has the same issue and he’s been at the dealer to get the problem fixed. They can just fix it. There should recall this issue.
