THE VEHICLE REVS UP/IDLES WHEN AT THE STOP. THE ONLY TIME THIS WILL NOT OCCUR IS WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER IS RUNNING, AND DRIVER MUST HIT THE BRAKES. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN FOR SERVICE 9-10 TIMES, AND DEALER CANNOT DETERMINE WHAT IS CAUSING THE DEFECT. *AK
