UNKNOWN. There’s been chatter going around with the L and LE trim line of the Corolla Cross having bad lighting at night. I’ve been told by multiple people to “turn on my lights” meaning my tail end of the car has only two small red LED lights and license plate lights. the 3rd break light only comes on to break then off. there …

UNKNOWN. There’s been chatter going around with the L and LE trim line of the Corolla Cross having bad lighting at night. I’ve been told by multiple people to “turn on my lights” meaning my tail end of the car has only two small red LED lights and license plate lights. the 3rd break light only comes on to break then off. there are no other lights in the back. In the rain a few weeks ago I saw other cars pull far back from myself due to they could barely see me on the road.

The tail lights on the Toyota Corolla Cross LE 2026 are not as bright as one would think they should be. I've been informed of this by a few passerbys and other drivers. The tail lights on the Cross are very dim and there only two. Very hard to see on a late night. Been told by other Cross drivers of this issue as well, and believe Toyota should make them tighter for the evening hours.
