Summary
A RELAY IN THE FLASHING CIRCUIT COULD FAIL.
Consequence
RED WARNING LIGHTS WOULD NOT FLASH, BUT WOULD BE ONCONSTANTLY.
Remedy
REPLACE DEFECTIVE FLASHER UNITS WITH NEW UNITS WITH RELIABLE RELAYS.
