A RELAY IN THE FLASHING CIRCUIT COULD FAIL.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: RED WARNING LIGHTS WOULD NOT FLASH, BUT WOULD BE ONCONSTANTLY.
Remedy: REPLACE DEFECTIVE FLASHER UNITS WITH NEW UNITS WITH RELIABLE RELAYS.
