Summary
FUEL TANKS MAY CRACK IN SERVICE DUE TO FATIGUE OF MATERIAL AROUND WELD.
Consequence
FUEL WOULD SEEP FROM TANK CREATING THE POTENTIAL FOR AFIRE.
Remedy
REPLACE ORIGINAL TANK WITH A NEW TANK.
