THE RIGHT SIDE ELECTRICAL DOOR LOCK DOESN'T WORK AT ANY TIME. THE DOOR LOCK ORIGINALLY WORKED WHEN I GOT THE CAR, HOWEVER, TORE UP A FEW MONTHS LATER. I DID NOT BUY THE CAR NEW SO I DIDN'T KNOW IF THE MANUFACTURERWAS LIABLE, BUT IT IS WORTH CHECKING INTO. I KNOW OF SEVERAL OTHER GRAND AM OWNERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS PLUS INGINITION WHICH I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCE YET. I WAS JUST CONCERNED WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN NEXT THAT COULD BE MORE SERIOUS THAN WHAT WE ARE DEALING WITH. I DIDN'T THINK MUCH ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM UNTIL CONFIRING WITH OTHERS DEALING WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS. SO I LOOKED TO SEE IF MY VECHICLE AND OTHERS HAD EVER HAD A RECALL AND FOUND THERE WAS A RECALL IN SEPT. 1993. I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE CONCERNING THESE PROBLEMS AND IF ANYTHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT THEM. OR IF IT IS JUST FOR FIRST TIME OWNERS. SINCERELY, BUFORD MCINTOSH
