TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ C240. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING 5 MPH AND ABOVE, THE VEHICLE WOULD DECELERATE ABNORMALLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THEY ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE CAM SHAFT ADJUSTER SOLENOID ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WAS CAUSING THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOR HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE TO THE CONTACT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 55,214. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
