STEERING WHEEL ROD BROKE WHILE CHANGING LANE CAUSING A SEVERE INJURY TO DRIVERS RIGHT HAND.
THE TIE ROD FAILED, DROPPING DOWNWARD AND WEDGES DOWNWARD INTO THE INNER SURFACE OF THE WHEEL.
