THE CONTACT THEN TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT HE WOULD GIVE THE CONTACT NEW RIMS. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TIRES. THE CONTACT LATER ADVISED THE DEALER THAT THE STEERING RACK MALFUNCTIONED. THE DEALER AGREED TO REPAIR THE STEERING FAILURE; HOWEVER, REFUSED TO REPLACE THE TIRES. THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 75000.
