ON SEPT 27, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. I THOUGHT THAT THIS CONCERN WAS UNIQUE TO MY CAR, BUT THIS CLEARLY IS NOT THE CASE ACCORDING TO CLUB LEXUS. SEE ATTACHED. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU PROPOSE TO MAKE THIS AWFUL NOISE GO AWAY? MY PATIENCE IS WEARING THIN.
