WHEN I CAME BACK TO PARKING, THE WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED AND THE CRACK EXTENDED IN LENGTH AS I DROVE. IT COSTS ME $500 IN INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE FOR GEICO INSURANCE TO HAVE WINDSHIELD REPLACED. THE WINDSHIELD AGAIN CRACKED IN APRIL 2019 THE SECOND TIME WHEN I WAS DRIVING ON INTERSTATE 10 AT ABOUT 50 MILES PER HOUR. I SAW A TINY MARK ON ONE EDGE OF WINDSHIELD (PROBABLY A TINY PEBBLE HIT FROM ROAD) AND THE CRACK SPREAD QUICKLY TO ONE FOOT AFTER DRIVING JUST FIVE MILES. THIS'LL COST ME $600 AS PER MY INSURANCE GEICO. I HAVE OWNED SIX BRAND NEW CARS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAD NEVER HAD A LARGE WINDSHIELD CRACK FROM HEAT AND SMALL PEBBLE HIT.
