It is a hazard when reversing as you cannot see pedestrians or how far objects are due to the blackout. Moreover, when using navigation, the road for traffic is not visible so it is a safety hazard. It was review at a Jeep dealership after I took my car in for a recall. My vehicle is ready for inspection and it has not been reviewed by insurance or police.

UNKNOWN- When phone is connected to car and navigation is used the screen in car freezes, lags and turns the radio off and on. It happens too many times to keep count as I drive for a living. I took my jeep into the dealership to address the problem and get it fixed. The dealership told me they are aware of the problem. They had already tried to fix the problem on several jeeps, and they were brought back with the same complaint. They weren't going to waste their time or money trying to fix the problem on any of the jeeps until they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. I was told they couldn't do anything for me. That when the problem is occurring, I should get a video of it happening and bring it to them so they can try to figure out what the problem is. The problem is I'm driving when the problem occurs, so I can't safely record it happening.
Three times this month while driving my jeep the car stalls and a bunch of warning lights comes on. It’s always in the middle of traffic and can be a hazard while driving
