THE JEEP WRAPPED AROUND A TREE AND TOTALED THE JEEP. SHE REPORTED HAVING NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL PRIOR TO THIS. THE DRIVER WAS INJURED. THIS IS THE FIRST…

SHE JUST HAD THE TRANSMISSION REBUILT SIX MONTHS AGO BECAUSE IT WAS SLIPPING. SHE HAD LIABILITY INSURANCE. THE CONTACT HAS NOT YET CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, BUT PLANED TO DO SO.
