THE CONSUMER SLOWED THE VEHICLE WHEN SEEING BUMPS, BUT THE VEHICLE HAD GONE INTO A VIOLENT SHAKE AGAIN ON THE BUMPY ROAD, THE BRAKE WAS APPLIED AND THE CONSUMER HEARD A POP.
