FRONT SEAT BELT GUIDES ON THE INFINITY G37 CONVERTIBLE DO NOT LATCH AS REQUIRED. PER PAGE 1-17 OF THE 2010 INFINITY G37 CONVERTIBLE OWNERS MANUAL, IF THIS SEAT BELT GUIDE IS NOT SECURELY INSTALLED THE SEAT BELT MAY SLIP AND RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY. I BELIEVE THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW THAT AFFECTS ALL 2010 INFINITY G37 CONVERTIBLES. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN EXPOSED ON A NEWLY PURCHASED VEHICLE WITH LESS THAN 1000 MILES ON THE ODOMETER.
