I am the owner of a 2010 FX35 that started having problems in 2023 with just cutting off in the middle of driving. I took the vehicle to the dealership last year in which they told me the car required an update and the reprogrammed ECM and bumped up RPMS. I am the owner of a 2010 FX35 that started having problems in 2023 with just cutting off in the middle of driving. I took the vehicle to the dealership last year in which they told me the car required an update and the reprogrammed ECM and bumped up RPMS. I started having the issue again and was almost in an accident as the car cut off in traffic as was driving and lost the ability to steer the car. I took the car back to the dealership complaining of the same issue. I was told that Infiniti was aware of the problem and had issued a TSB but not a recall to repair this problem. This is a safety hazard that should be investigated and a recall should be issued to repair ASAP.

THE DASHBOARD HAS BEEN CRACKING WITH INFINITI OFFER NO HELP. NOW I ATTEMPTED ANOTHER TIME TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH THEM, AND THE CRACKING HAS HAPPENED IN THE PASSENGER AIRBAG AREA, WHERE MY CONCERN IS SHOULD THIS AIRBAG DEPLOY, THERE WILL BE SHARP DASHBOARD PLASTIC FLYING AS A RESULT.
