THE PASSENGER AIRBAG WARNING IN THE DASHBOARD NEXT TO THE SPEEDOMETER KEPT FLASHING WHILE STATIONARY AND WHILE DRIVING WHETHER OR NOT A PERSON WAS SITTING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT OR NOT. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TWICE TO BE FIXED (WHILE UNDER WARRANTY), BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUED SPORADICALLY. I TOOK IT A 3RD TIME (NOW WARRANTY EXPIRED), THEY RESEARCHED DEEPER AND SAID THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE OCS SENSOR INSIDE OF THE SEAT, SO THE SEAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. $5000 CHARGE, MOTORWERKS OF BARRINGTON, IL. I HAVE NOT HAD IT FIXED YET. I FOUND THE SAME PASSENGER SIDE SENSOR WAS RECALLED IN NOVEMBER 2008, THE END OF THE YEAR PRIOR TO 2009 WHEN MY CAR WAS BUILT. IT APPEARS THE SAME PROBLEM WAS CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT YEAR (2009) BUT NO RECALL ISSUED. AND THEN DEALERSHIP MISSED THE PROBLEM WHILE UNDER WARRANTY (AND EXTENDED WARRANTY).
