DT: VEHICLE VIBRATED WHILE DRIVING AT A CERTAIN SPEED AND PULLED TO THE RIGHT. TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEMS LIGHTS WERE ON. BRAKES WERE SO HOT THAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO MELT. THE PEDAL WAS REAL MUSHY AND SPONGY, AND FAILED AT AN INTERSECTION AFTER PICKING VEHICLE UP FROM SERVICE DEALER. IT SOUNDED AS IF THE ABS OR TRACTION CONTROL WAS TRYING TO ENGAGE, BUT WAS ON DRY PAVEMENT AND WOULD NOT STOP. AGAIN, THE PEDAL WAS MUSHY AS IF IT IS MELTED. THERE WAS A SMELL OF EXTREME HEAT, AND THE SOUND OF SIZZLING AS FRYING AN EGG. THIS WAS INTERMITTENT. VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY IN THE SHOP FOR REPAIRS AGAIN, AND DEALER SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. WHEN PLUGGING INTO DIAGNOSTIC COMPUTER, THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET A CODE. *AK

BRAKE PEDAL WOULD GO ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOORBOARD IF HELD DOWN SEVERAL MINUTES WHILE WAITING IN TRAFFIC. *PH THE CONSUMER WOULD LIKE THE DEALERSHIP TO ADJUST BOTH THE BRAKES AND THE GAS PEDAL BEFORE IT CAUSES DAMAGE. *CB
