The contact also stated that the instrument cluster was inoperable. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact called another local dealer, Doral Hyundai (10285 NW 12th St, Doral, FL 33172) however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. Parts distribution disconnect. The approximate failure mileage was 18,000.
