Climate control switch melted and caused a small fire. I had to pull my dash apart very quicky to put it out. The Hyundai dealership would not help me even though a 2014 Elantra and Veloster has had technical service bulletins regarding this issue. They charged me 200$ dollars to tell me the switch melted even though I had already pulled it apart and showed them the issue. I spoke to Hyundai USA about it and they did not help me either. I bought the part and replaced it myself after the dealer tried to tell me it was almost 700$ for the repair. My son was in a panic because the cab of the car was filling with smoke as we were driving. No warnings or anything.
