FROM MY RESEARCH, THIS APPEARS TO BE A FAIRLY WIDESPREAD PROBLEM WITH THIS MAKE AND MODEL YEAR. 2) AIR CONDITIONER: THE AC MAKES A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE, WITH A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF VIBRATION BEING FELT QUITE STRONGLY WHEN APPLYING PRESSURE TO THE GAS PEDAL. THE PROBLEM DIMINSHES WHEN THE REAR AC IS TURNED OFF, AND DISSIPATES COMPLETELY WHEN THE AC AS A WHOLE IS SHUT DOWN.*AK
