The contact owns a 2026 Honda Accord. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle from the factory, there were swirls etched in the windshield. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer for tint. There were pink and green circles covering the glass, and it was difficult to see out of the glass. While wearing polarized sunglasses, the swirls are intensified. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, Honda of Surprise Service & Parts (13270 N Autoshow Ave, Surprise, AZ 85388), but no assistance was provided. The manufacturer was contacted by phone, opened a case, and informed the contact that the dealers were privately owned, and could respond as the dealer saw fit. The case was closed the following day. The failure mileage was approximately 500.
