THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT A BOLT FELL OFF INSIDE THE FRAME. …

WHILE THE CONTACT WAS RIDING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, WITH HIS SPOUSE ON THE BACK OF THE BIKE AND HER FOOT ON THE FOOT BOARD, THE FOOT BOARD DETACHED FROM THE BIKE AND FELL TO THE GROUND.
