2025 Forest River Cherokee

I have severe structural issues that are causing rainwater to run into the wall of the RV and has created black mold. The seam from the roof membrane to the gutter was done in properly. It is only a year old. Inside the loadbearing Walls mind you this is a two-story RV with a very heavy upstairs with plywood floors are two by threes cut in half and space 19.5 inches apart without any cross boards in between the headers are three-quarter inch by 2 7/16 inch and the studs that are cutting in half are only three-quarter inch by 2 1/2 inch. The air conditioners were improperly installed where the ductwork was taped with HVAC tape completely covered with tape, causing the return error to mix with the cold air and water to run directly into the Camper they also did not torque the bolts to 40 inches per pound they weren’t even 20 inches per pound and one wasn’t even hand tight, causing severe condensation and a spring tail infestation they eat mold of wood. Also, the ductwork has plastic inside it that was not removed by the factory, causing the air to get caught up and not flow properly the distribution box where the ductwork takes a 90° turn in the back upstairs bedroom to the downstairs bedroom was secured with two screws onto the boot. No tape, no clamp. All the cold air was being released into the ceiling also causing condensation. I have advanced pulmonary arterial hypertension, which has led to right side heart failure. The mold spores are causing severe swelling in my legs because my heart has to work harder because my lungs are in flames. I am on disability. I’ve had to evacuate the destination Camper, which is my home and I’ve been staying at hotels which I’ve drained my savings. Forest River wants to fall back on a warranty when this is clearly a manufacturing intentional consumer danger. This house is a depth trap. The cutting in half two by threes are cracking down the middle. There’s so many other issues I could inform you of, but that would take too long
