TURNED ON WIPERS BECAUSE IT STARTED TO RAIN AND THEY CAME ON VERY SLOWLY. DRAGGING TO THE CENTER OF WINDSHIELD AND STOPPED. THEY NEVER CAME BACK ON. SECOND TIME OCCURRING IN APRIL 2014. EXACTLY THE SAME THING. BOTH TIMES IT HAD BEEN VERY MOIST FOR DAYS LEADING UP AND APPEARED TO BE AFFECTED BY THE WEATHER. AFTER A FEW DAYS THE W…
