THE CONSUMER STATES THE WIRES FROM THE BULK HEAD WERE STRIPPED AND BEGINNING TO FUSE TOGETHER. AS A RESULT THE VEHICLE WOULD TRY TO START ALTHOUGH THE ENGINE WASN'T RUNNING. WHEN THE TURN SIGNAL WERE USED BOTH TAILLIGHTS FLASHED BUT WHEN THE BRAKE WAS APPLIED THE LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. *NM
