TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD F-250 EQUIPPED WITH CONTINENTAL CONTI TRAC RADIAL TIRES, SIZE DLT 275/65/R18 (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH A SEVERE VIBRATION WAS SUDDENLY PRESENT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE EXPERIENCED TREAD SEPARATION. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. ON 2/21/2016, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE MOST RECENT FAILURE. THE VEHICLE AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,800.
