CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 55MPH ON HIGHWAY AND WIFE LOOKED OUT THROUGH WINDOW AND SAW RESIDUE FROM TIRE, THAT DAMAGED VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING, CONSUMER HAD CONTROL OF VEHICLE, AND WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND CHANGE THE TIRE.
