    TRAVELING AT FREEWAY SPEED VEHICLE ENGINE BEGAN TO SURGE 200 TO 500 RPM. TOOK TO CHRYS GARAGE AND FOUND "INTERMIT VOLT SPIKES IN A.P.P. SENSOR" SENSOR REPLACED. 10/20/03. ON 9/13/05 SAME THING HAPPENED AND THE A.P.P. SENSOR WAS AGAIN REPLACED. VEHICLE RAN FINE AFTER A.P.P. SENSOR REPLACED. *JB
