TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING VALVE BROKE OFF WHILE TRYING TO REMOVE VALVE CAP TO ADD AIR. THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING AS I BARELY TOUCHED THE VALVE CAP. THIS IS THE FOURTH ONE THAT HAS FAILED IN THIS MANNER. THE ALUMINUM VALVE STEMS BECOME BRITTLE AND FAIL EASILY. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE PART WAS ON THE LEFT FRONT TIRE. …
