I OWNED A NEW 2007 CHRYSLER ASPEN THAT THE PASSENGER SEAT -HEATING ELEMENT MALFUNCTIONED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF. VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE AND WAS TOTALED. REPORTED TO CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AND THEY STATED, IT WAS NOT A RECALL ISSUE. I STRONGLY DISAGREE. FIRE DEPARTMENT (CHIEF ARSON INVESTIGATOR) CLEARLY STATES IN HIS R…

FIRE DEPARTMENT (CHIEF ARSON INVESTIGATOR) CLEARLY STATES IN HIS REPORT THAT IT WAS A FACTORY ISSUE AND VERY CLEARLY FIRE STARTED (WHILE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PARKED FOR 6-7 HOURS) IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND IGNITED CATCHING THE VEHICLE ON FIRE. *TR
