WHILE ATTEMPTING TO FASTEN THE SAFETY BELT, THE RECEIVER CLASP FRACTURED FROM THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE DRIVERS SAFETY BELT WOULD NOT REMAIN SECURED IN THE BUCKLE HOUSING WITH VERY LITTLE FORCE.…
