I HAVE RECENTLY HAD WHOLE VAN PAINTED IN ORDER TO PREVENT ANY MORE OF THIS.THESE BARE SPOTS WERE RUSTING BADLY ALSO. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS. I AM SEEING MANY OTHER VANS IN TOWN THAT HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.

THESE VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 404, "PLATFORM LIFT INSTALLATIONS IN MOTOR VEHICLES." THE THRESHOLD WARNING SYSTEM MAY NOT DETECT THE PRESENCE OF A WHEELCHAIR OR MOBILITY AID USER IN A CERTAIN SPOT WITHIN THE DEFINED THRESHOLD AREA.
