TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION BECAME STUCK IN SECOND AND THIRD GEARS. UNINTENDED ACCELERATION AS I WAS APPROACHING A TRAFFIC CIRCLE I STARTED TO APPLY THE BRAKES, THE ENGINE STARTED TO ACCELERATE. I APPLIED THE BRAKES AS HARD AS I COULD AND THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. I TURNED THE OFF THE CAR AND IT STOPPED BUT AT THE SAME TIME I HIT THE BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME. VEHICLE AT DEALERSHIP AT THIS TIME.*AK THE WIRING WAS COMING OFF OF THE WASHER HOSE, THERE WAS NO AIR COMING THROUGH THE VENTS, THE VACUUM CHECK VALVE WAS REPLACED, THE DRIVERS SIDE HIGH BEAM WAS REPLACED, THE STARTER WAS REPLACED THREE TIMES, THE SEAT BELT LIGHT WAS COMNG ON EVEN AFTER THE SEATBELT WAS BUCKLED, THE DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR WAS SHAKING, WATER PUMP WAS LEAKNG, THE FRONT BRAKES WERE REPLACED, THE HEATER WAS INOPERATIVE, THE SEAT LATCH WAS REPLACE, THE LEFT DOOR LOCK SCREWS WERE LOOSE, WHWN USIING THE REMOTE THERE IS A POPPING NOISE, THE HANDLE FOR THE CONVERTIBLE TOP HATCH LID WILL NOT RELEASE.*JB

THE PETITIONS STATED THAT:WE REPRESENT THE OWNER OF A 1990 CHEVROLET CORVETTE WHICH, WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, SUDDENTLY, VIOLENTLY, AND UNEXPECTEDLY PULLS TO THE LEFT.THIS IS A INTERMITTENT DEFECT WHICH DOES NOT OCCUR WITH AN REGULARITY.
