The car warning system states Place Car in Park when car is in park. Cannot turn override this system. Have to wiggle the gear shift until it recognizes it is in park. This seems to be an issue with some GM products.

Cooling Temperature Sensor not working. Car Temp Gage stuck at C, fan always running. This has happened a couple time before My Chevy mechanic on South Orange Blossom Trail say he gets a lot of Camaros with same problem. Asked me to report so there may finally be a recall on this model. When I look up on Google i get this..... "A common issue with a 2019 Chevy Camaro convertible 6-cylinder experiencing problems with the temperature gauge is a faulty coolant temperature sensor, which can lead to inaccurate readings on the gauge, often showing a consistently cold temperature even when the engine is warmed up; this can be caused by a faulty sensor itself, a loose connection, or a damaged wire. " If you look at some threads, many are complaing about same thing

When I first got my car I noticed the car acting funny when I was taking off. I took it to the dealer ship and they said it was fine. So net time I went it was for an oil change. I asked them to look at it again and they said nothing was wrong. The third time I asked them to look at it they said its fine and it was working as it should .They told me it learns my driving. They also told me they adjusted it. Well it has done the same thing from day one and is still doing it. The car slips on take off and then sounds bad when it shifts and sometimes shifts erratically. .My 2015 was a great car and drove 100 times better. This car is only driven in the summer . I never drive my CAMARO's in the winter. My car is a2019 and it had 2 miles on it when I bought it. I just had in in for a oil change before i put it away and asked about the trans and they said it was ok. Its not ok.

The electronic power steering system failed during track driving. Driving aggressively for almost 30 minutes, the power steering assist failed to “assist”; the vehicle was able to be steered but only with great effort in turning the steering wheel causing a loss of control. The message “Service Power Steering” message appeared on the instrument cluster. Exiting the track and turning the vehicle off then on allowed the steering system to return to normal.

When driving all gages stop working all lighting inside and outside when driving. Happens sporadically. Took to Chevrolet and they said needed a battery so i changed and still happened. Took to performance shop and left for almost a month where a diagnosis was made that it was a corroded rear bumper wiring harness. I also found this problem on a forum with other cameros. He cleaned and it did not act up for a couple of weeks then on my way to work early one morning this week (dark outside) running approx 60 mph all of my lights went out again. My car still runs just no lights. Called Chevrolet to report safety issue with no resolution
