XXX at 300 miles on the bike, it broke down FSS failure/ engine overheating warning system came on the screen. Island Powersports repaired it and said it didn’t have enough coolant. At 568 miles or so on the bike, while traveling on sunrise hwy at 60 miles an hour, the bike began shaking, same warning light FSS failure, check engine light on. The bike lost power and I had to get from the middle lane to the shoulder of the highway. Another driver saw and stopped to see if I was ok. Got the bike to my house. Next day tried to start it. It did nothing completely dead. I called the dealer. He said no problem. Just get it here and we’ll fix it. Well that was a problem because first of all I almost got killed because the bike just died for no reason and two now I have to rent a truck and trailer to get it there 45 minutes from my house turns out it needed a new battery and starter at less than 600 miles on the bike. I reported the bike to the manufacturer BPR where they told me not to pick up the bike. They ended up doing absolutely nothing except cause more problems. In XXX driving on [XXX] at 45 miles an hour, the same thing happened, FSS failure, engine light on, limp home mode. Made it to the store where I tried to start it again and it was completely dead again had to rent a truck and trailer from Home Depot brought it to Island Powersports at 6:45 PM with my parents service was already closed, but the sales department was open the sales manager Tom told me to leave the key and just park it in front next day. I called to find out the status and was told by the service manager, Mr. Carr to pick up my bike that they are no longer working on it or going to do anything with it because of the verbal argument me and him had over the phone after BRP told me not to pick the vehicle up which got Mr. Carr very upset and he ended up calling me a faggot which was reported to the human rights division of New York State, and a case was created for that.
