16 reportsThe contact owns a 2020 Can-Am Ryker. The contact stated that while making left turns at approximately 25 MPH, the rear wheel vibrated abnormally. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.
While riding the 2020 Can Am Ryker Rally, going into left turns the Ryker will stutter and shake the right front and rear wheel. Feels as tho it is applying the ABS. This only happens on left turns. No issue (yet) doing right turns. Noticed it not long after i purchased the bike back in 2021.
The bike seems to get shaky or even start to skid while taking turns which causes the bike to pull either towards on coming traffic or guardrails. Somebody is either going to get seriously hurt or possibly die as result of poor design. My bike currently does this when it wants to I have no warning lights on. Please get involved …

I was driving on the interstate at 65 mph. I felt a bump and realized my right front wheel had fallen off and I was riding on the rotor. I applied brake lightly to come to a stop and noticed the only thing holding the rotor on was the brake pads. If I had not applied the brakes, the rotor would have fallen off, the axle would ha…

I was driving on the interstate at 65 mph. I felt a bump and realized my right front wheel had fallen off and I was riding on the rotor. I applied brake lightly to come to a stop and noticed the only thing holding the rotor on was the brake pads. If I had not applied the brakes, the rotor would have fallen off, the axle would have dug into the pavement and possibly flipped the bike. I was not able to locate the wheel. The bike is at a dealership and have received a quote for repair. My insurance adjuster will look at it in a couple days. I noticed no warning signs, no shaking of the handle bars, no message from the bike prior to the incident.
When making a left hand turn or a right turn at 40-45 mph it starts shaking ,I have to slow down then it stops shaking ,this could be an accident waiting to happen,,,the vehicle is a 2020 can am Ryker 600 ace
While driving at speeds around or above 20 mph when turning left the ABS or braking system begins activating causing a very serious hazard. This does not happen at any speeds when turning right. While driving at speeds around or above 20 mph when turning left the ABS or braking system begins activating causing a very serious hazard. This does not happen at any speeds when turning right. This has been reported by numerous Ryker owners. I have brought it into the shop and they are not able to locate or resolve the issue. This is an extremely dangerous situation as the biker will lose control at high speeds and potential force the driver off road or into another lane. This happens all the time and is constantly happening.

The contact owns a 2020 Can-Am Ryker motorcycle. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering column fractured and the handlebars detached, causing the motorcycle to fail to shift gears. The dealer was made aware of the failure; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
VSS Limp Mode stuck on. Will not reset. Dealer has the bike, does not know what is wrong. They have called the manufacturer
When turning left at roadway speeds whether it a slight or stronger turn, the right front brake grabs add though the abs is kicking on. This makes it sometimes hard to steer and make the corner. We had the dealership check the issue and we were told there is nothing wrong. There is most certainly something wrong

Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (Bombardier) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Can-Am Ryker motorcycles. The impeller may swell, causing the high-pressure fuel pump to fail.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A fuel pump failure can cause an engine stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel pump as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 27, 2024. Owners may contact Bombardier customer service at 1-888-272-9222. Bombardier's number for this recall is Bulletin 2023-10.

Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Ryker motorcycles. The position light and flasher electrical harnesses in the front fenders may loosen and rub on the tire, leading to a short circuit and resulting in an engine stall while driving.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will secure the two harnesses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 9, 2022. Owners may contact Bombardier customer service at 1-888-272-9222.

Consequence & remedy
Consequence: Improper installation can allow the front wheel to separate from the motorcycle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Bombardier will notify owners, and dealers will check the tightness of the front wheel and reinstall the red locking clip. The recall began November 6, 2020. Owners may contact Bombardier customer service at 1-888-272-9222.

Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Can-Am Ryker motorcycles. The wheel nuts may crack, causing the wheels to loosen.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: Loose wheels may cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: BRP will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wheel nuts, free of charge. The recall began October 17, 2019. Owners may contact BRP customer service at 1-888-272-9222.
