21 reportsCONTINUES TO HAVE BRAKE FAILURE, BRAKES STARTED RUBBING BECAUSE THE RIMS WERE VERY HOT TO TOUCH AND THEN STARTED TO GRAB, ABS LIGHT WOULD COME ON, REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND THERE ARE STILL PROBLEMS. PLEASE GIVE MORE INFORMATION. *AK
FRONT SEATS MISSING NUTS THAT SECURE SEATS TO THE FLOOR BOARDS.
DURING VEHICLE OPERATION AT 20 MPH. POOR ABS BRAKE PERFORMANCE WAS EXPERIENCED. THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR WHEN IT WAS APPLIED.*AK
WHILE DRIVING EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS PARTIALLY ON, CAUSING LOSS OF ALL ABS BRAKING POWER, HAD NO STOPPING ABILITY. *AK BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TOO THE FLOOR.*JB
ABS BRAKES DID NOT STOP AUTO CAUSING CONSUMER TO HIT ANOTHER AUTO CAUSING APPROX 4000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGE-DRIVERS AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. TT
CONSUMER ATTEMPTED TO STOP DUE TO A STOPPED MOTORIST AHEAD, HOWEVER BRAKES FAILED, CONSUMER SWERVED TO MISS VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A BACKHOE, THERE WERE NO INJURIES IN ACCIDENT, DEALER FOUND NO PROBLEMS. *SLC

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 1991 THROUGH JULY 1995. THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINE CAN SEPARATE WHEN THE VEHICLE IS OPERATED IN LOW TEMPERATURES IN COMBINATION WITH HIGH TRANSMISSION LOADS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: VEHICLE FIRES CAN OCCUR DUE TO THE SPILLAGE OF TRANSMISSION FLUID.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES.
