GENERAL NOTIFIED AND TIRE REPLACEMENT WAS DONE AT CONSUMER COST. *AK THE TIRE TREAD WAS THROWN BACK OF THE VEHICLE ON TO THE HIGHWAY. THERE WAS A DRAG FROM THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE.
