WHEELS CAP: COVER:HUB LOCK WRENCH IS MADE OF PLASTIC, THE PLASTIC GOES INTO THE WHEEL, IT IS SUPPOSE TO HOLD THE RIMS ON, BUT IF IT STRIPS. CANNOT GET THE WHEEL COVER OFF, IT HAS TO BE CUT OFF IN ORDER TO REMOVED. *AK
