I had my vehicle towed to alpha dealership in Kansas City as that is the closest one now to me. Per the recall notice. There was no issue with car being towed down but Alfa Romeo will not tow it back home to my house In [XXX] where it was picked up. They said new rule of 150 miles. However the car is under warranty and it was a recall as well. They said that they determined that it’s a Courtesy to tow car down but not a guarantee be towed back. I said but car is under warranty and it also was a recall. They said I would need to make arrangements to get my car back home. I said wonder if I was broken down in the middle of nowhere. You wouldn’t tow my car to a dealership for warranty work or if you did it wouldn’t be guaranteed that it would be towed back to you. She stated correct. I was not very happy and extremely upset. I said wants the point of a warranty or even an extended warranty. No answer and no help was she . Her name was Jessica and supposedly a team leader for customer care. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio vehicles. The printed circuit board and software for the rearview camera may contain defects that cause the rearview camera image not to display properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A rearview image that does not display properly reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the radio, as necessary. In addition, dealers will update the rearview camera software, as necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 25, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is A2C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov on October 14, 2025.
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio vehicles that were previously remedied under NHTSA recall number 24V-512. The tire size information on the tire placard is incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: Incorrect tire information can result in installing the incorrect-size tires, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: FCA will mail corrected tire placard labels. Owners may bring the label into a dealer for free installation. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2024. Owners may contact FCA US customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US's number for this recall is C3B. Vehicles previously repaired under recall 24V-512 will need to have the new remedy completed.
