TAKEN TO DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES, CANNOT REMEDY.*AK CONSUMER HAD ONLY OWNED THE MOTORCYCLE LESS THAN ONE WEEK WHEN IT BEGAN STALLING, SOMETIMES IT WOULD START RIGHT AWAY, OTHER TIMES CONSUMER WOULD HAV ETO WAIT FIVE TO TEN MINUTES TO HEAR THE FUEL PUMP START AND THEN IT WOULD START, ON ONE OCCASION THE MOTORCYCLE STALLED AT THE LEFT FRONT FENDER OF A SMALL SEMI TRAILER, CONSUMER COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED AND THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A MULTI CAR PILE UP, DEALER REPEATEDLY CAN NOT GET IT TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM, ON ANOTHER OCCASION, VEHICLE STALLED WHILE CONSUMER AND HIS WIFE WERE RIDING UPHILL, THE BIKE STALLED, ROLLED BACKWARD, AND THREW BOTH OF THEM OFF BIKE, BIKE WAS DAMAGED, DEALER HAS NOT GIVEN CONSUMER ANY SATISFACTORY SOLUTIONS, CONSUMER HAS LEFT THE BIKE AT THE DEALER UNTIL SOME SATIFACTORY RESOLUTION IS BROUGHT UP. ENGINE BACKFIRES SO LOUDLY ON A CONSISTENT BASIS, CONSUMER COULD HARDLY RIDE IT IN THE BEGINNING. *SLC
